Terms of Service
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. What we provide
We provide apps and servers that let you connect to the internet through our servers. We run the servers ourselves; your connection does not pass through a third party's VPN network.
2. Account
You create an account with one of Kakao, Google or Apple. We do not create, receive or store passwords. You may not share your account with other people.
3. Devices
One account can register one mobile device and one computer, two devices in total. It is not any two devices; the combination is fixed.
- Mobile slot — one device, either iOS or Android
- Computer slot — one device, either Windows or macOS
- You cannot register two devices of the same kind.
- To change devices, free up that slot on the My account screen and then sign in on the new device, or choose “Disconnect the existing device and sign in on this one” on the new device. Freeing a slot also ends that device's access.
4. Fees
- A 1-month (30-day) pass costs KRW 9,900 (VAT included).
- Automatic payment is charged every 30 days only if you register a card and turn it on yourself (4-4). Automatic payment through card registration will open after the payment processor's review is complete.
- Payments on this site and in the Android, Mac and Windows apps go through PortOne. The current payment method is KakaoPay.
- In the iPhone app, you pay with Apple in-app purchase (4-5).
- Your card number is not kept on our side.
Prices may change at any time. We will tell you before a change, and it does not apply to a period you have already paid for.
4-1. 3-day free trial
Once you sign up and agree to these Terms, you can use the service free for 3 days. You do not need to register a card, and you are not charged automatically when the trial ends.
- It is once per account. If you delete your account and sign up again, you do not get another trial — to check this, we keep a single “already used” marker for 1 year. What we keep and what we delete is set out in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
- We remind you once in the app one day before it ends.
- When it ends, the connection stops. To keep using the service, please start a pass.
- You can also start a pass early, during the trial.
4-2. One ad is shown while you use the service for free
While you have not started a pass, one banner ad appears at the very bottom of the Android app screen. It goes away once you start a pass. The iPhone app has no ads. The Mac and Windows apps have no ads either.
We do not use full-screen ads or rewarded ads. The ad does not cover the connect button. What the ad receives is set out in Section 5-1 of the Privacy Policy.
4-3. A question we ask once a day
Once a day, the app asks “How was it today?”. If you do not answer, the service stays exactly the same. If you tap “It was good” two or more times, the store review window may appear, but we give nothing in return for a good review.
4-4. Auto-renewal and how to turn it off
- A 1-month pass lasts exactly 30 days from the payment date. Only if you have turned on automatic payment does it renew automatically every 30 days. We tell you the next payment date and amount in advance, and you can turn off automatic payment with one tap on the My account screen. If you turn it off, you keep using the period you have already paid for until it ends, and we do not charge you after that.
- If you have not turned on automatic payment, or have turned it off, you pay for the next 1-month pass yourself after checking the amount shown at that time.
- When the free trial ends, we do not automatically switch you to a paid plan or charge you.
- Only while automatic payment is on do we keep the payment key (billing key) issued by PortOne (Section 4 of the Privacy Policy). When you turn it off, we delete it right away and do not schedule the next payment.
4-5. Subscribing inside the iPhone app (App Store)
- If you subscribe inside the iPhone app, Apple handles payment and billing. The amount is the amount shown in the App Store payment window.
- It auto-renews in 1-month periods. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, Apple charges you for the next period.
- You cancel and manage it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device. Even if you cancel, you can use the period already paid for until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, under the procedure Apple sets. The refund calculation in Section 5 does not apply to App Store payments. If Apple issues a refund or the subscription ends, your service period is shortened by the same amount.
- An App Store subscription is tied to the account you are signed in with. You cannot move the same Apple subscription to another account.
5. Ending and refunds
- You can withdraw your order within 7 days of the payment date (Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). The rules below give refunds more broadly than that Act requires. Refunds for payments made to Apple inside the iPhone app follow Section 4-5 (Apple's procedure).
- If a minor pays without the consent of their legal representative, the minor or the legal representative can cancel that payment (Article 5 of the Civil Act).
- You keep using the period you have already paid for until it ends. When that period is over, the service ends automatically and you no longer receive the server list.
- If you have not connected even once within 7 days of payment, we refund the full amount.
- If you have already used the service, we refund the remaining period, calculated by the day.
- You can request a refund by email or phone; we process it within 3 business days of your request, and if we are late we add delay compensation at 15% a year for the days of delay. The procedure is in Sections 5 and 6 of the Refund Policy.
- If payment for a new pass fails, you are not charged and your existing service period does not change.
5-1. Suspension or termination of the service
- If we intend to suspend all or part of the service, or to end it (close the business), we will announce this on this page, in the app and through your registered contact method at least 30 days before the planned date. (Article 26(1) of the Telecommunications Business Act)
- If the service ends, we refund the part of the subscription fee you have already paid that covers the remaining period after the end date, plus 10% of that amount, to the payment method you used, within 3 business days of the end date. (Article 18(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, applied correspondingly · Article 17(1) of the Content User Protection Guidelines)
- Even while the service is suspended, we continue to handle order withdrawals and refunds of payments. (Article 22(1) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
6. What you must not do
- Transferring or reselling your account or access rights to someone else
- Attacking other systems through our servers, or sending spam in bulk
- Using the service to break the laws of the country where your connection arrives
If we confirm any of the above, we may block access without prior notice. In that case, we do not refund the remaining period, and you cannot sign up again with the blocked account (for the records we keep, see Section 7 of the Privacy Policy).
7. What we cannot promise
Internet blocking is something the blocking side keeps changing, so we cannot promise that you will always be able to connect, anywhere and at any time. When a server is blocked, we respond by replacing servers. If server maintenance or an outage keeps you from using the service for a long time, we extend your period by that much.
8. When these Terms change
If a change is unfavorable to users, we announce it on this page and in the app 30 days before it takes effect; for any other change, 7 days before.
9. Dispute resolution
Matters not covered by these Terms, and the resolution of disputes, are governed by the relevant laws, such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Content Industry Promotion Act, and by the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Internet Content Services) published by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, applied correspondingly. If a dispute arises, please contact customer support first (070-8633-7222 · info@grafydesign.com). If it is not resolved, you can apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency or another relevant body.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a lawsuit is needed, it is heard by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
9-1. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store
- These Terms are an agreement between you and 유한책임회사 그래피디자인; Apple Inc. is not a party to them. Responsibility for the app and its content lies with us.
- The iPhone and iPad app is provided to you under a non-transferable license to use it on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- We are responsible for maintaining and supporting the app. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to a warranty required by law, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and we are responsible for any resulting claims and losses.
- We, not Apple, handle claims relating to the app (such as product liability claims, claims that the app violates laws or regulations, and claims under consumer protection laws).
- If there is a claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, we are responsible for investigating, defending and resolving it.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or in a place designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- We receive questions, complaints and claims about the app at the address, phone number and email in the business information below.
- When using the app, you must also comply with the terms of any third party you use, such as your mobile carrier.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right, as a third-party beneficiary, to enforce these Terms against you.
10. What changed
- Effective 2026-10-04 (announced 2026-09-27) — In Section 5 we set out order withdrawal (Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) and the right of minors to cancel; we added governing law and jurisdiction to Section 9, and added 9-1 “Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store”. Nothing became less favorable to customers.
- Effective 2026-10-03 (announced 2026-09-26) — We added 4-5 “Subscribing inside the iPhone app”. It applies only to the new payment method (App Store subscription); your current fees, number of devices and refund rules do not change.
- Effective 2026-09-27 (announced 2026-09-20) — We added 5-1 “Suspension or termination of the service” and 9 “Dispute resolution”. In 4-4, the title and the fourth item did not match how billing actually works (30-day auto-renewal · the payment key is kept only while automatic payment is on), so we corrected them. Fees, number of devices and refund rules did not change. In the same version, we corrected two things to match reality (2026-09-25) — in 2 “Account” we removed Naver login, which had already been discontinued, and in 4-2 we corrected the text to say that ads appear only in the Android app and not in the iPhone app. Nothing became less favorable to customers.
- Effective 2026-08-25 — 4-1 3-day free trial · 4-2 ads in the free version · 4-3 once-a-day feedback question.
Refunds and order withdrawal are covered in the Refund Policy, what we store in the Privacy Policy, and whether we have received requests from investigative authorities in the Warrant Canary.
